The Fairytale Party Place is a brand new small event venue ideal for a kids birthday party place or family event such as a baby shower, wedding shower or graduation party. Below, we have provided a FAQ list which should assist you in gathering information for your event.
QUESTION: HOW BIG IS THE SPACE?
ANSWER: The party place is a small event venue with approximately 2000 square feet of open space. This intimate space is a comfortable setting for family events of all kinds and specifically suited for our kids party characters.


QUESTION: HOW MANY PEOPLE DOES IT HOLD?
ANSWER: The Fairytale Party Place is ideal for groups between 30 to 50. However, the Party Place can seat up to 75 guests.


QUESTION: CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD, CAKE OR DRINKS?
ANSWER: The Fairytale Party Place provides a unique opportunity for parents looking for an affordable party venue for their kids birthday party or special occasion. Food can be brought in with a $35 service charge. This charge will be automatically added to any event where food, cake and drinks are brought in. The Fairytale Party Place does provide food and drink packages provided by the local restaurants, bakers or caterers. Ask about our packages for more information.


QUESTION: CAN I BOOK JUST THE PARTY PLACE WITHOUT OTHER ENTERTAINMENT?
ANSWER: You can book the Fairytale Party Place without choosing one of our amazing entertainment packages. We do have other add-ons you might be interested in. Please inquire for more details.


QUESTION: IS THERE A KITCHEN FOR FOOD PREPARATION?
ANSWER: The Fairytale Party Place provides a small prep kitchen featuring a refrigerator, sink, ice maker and 6’ of counter space. This provides our guests with a space to prep food items for those who added this option to their Party Place rental.


QUESTION: CAN I BRING IN OUTSIDE ENTERTAINMENT?
ANSWER: The Fairytale Party Place does NOT allow outside entertainment such as kids party characters, balloon twisters, face painters, magicians and other similar birthday party entertainment. We would be happy to review your request but we encourage you to preview our amazing live character entertainment that we have planned to work seamlessly at the Fairytale Party Place.


QUESTION: DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE THE MUSIC
ANSWER: The Fairytale Party Place is equipped with high quality sound. We can play your music playlists or provide music options for you. Our themed character entertainment will have its own playlist to correlate with your theme. We can easily connect your device to our system or you can share custom made playlists through Spotify or Apple Music. However, we do not allow guests to run our system so our party hosts will need to set this up for you.


QUESTION: CAN I HAVE A VIDEO PRESENTATION SHOWN ON THE SCREENS?
ANSWER: Yes, you can provide your own custom made slideshow in an acceptable format that can be played on our screens. This can be with or without audio. We can also provide this service for you at an additional cost.


QUESTION: ARE THERE ANY ACTIVITIES PROVIDED FOR THE CHILDREN?
ANSWER: The Fairytale Party Place is designed for private parties for families and friends. The entertainment is focused around our exceptional live character entertainment as well as additional interactive activities that you can add during the booking process. In an average party experience, we leave time for you to greet your guests, enjoy a meal and open presents before our entertainment begins. However, we can customize your experience in a variety of ways based on your expectations.


QUESTION: WHAT KIND OF ADD-ONS ARE AVAILABLE?
ANSWER: We have a selection of additional services available that include balloons, face painting, Kids DJ, pinata’s, confetti drop countdown, specialty coffee, dessert and candy bar, and even providing the pizza for you. Ask our sales team during your booking process about these exciting and convenient options.


QUESTION: HOW EARLY DO YOU RECOMMEND BOOKING MY TIME?
ANSWER: We always encourage you to book early in order to receive the date and time you’re looking for. Most guests want the same time slot so it may be beneficial to lock your date and time in as soon as possible. This is especially important during holiday seasons or winter months when the Party Place is the busiest. Also keep in mind that the Fairytale Party Place is available during the week as well.


QUESTION: IS THERE A DANCE FLOOR?
ANSWER: The answer is yes but keep in mind that the Fairytale Party Place is a small venue location so our dance floor area is not large. However, it is equipped with lighting, laser lights, a hazer and great sound and video to make your experience memorable. We should clarify it is not a physical raised floor - it is just a blank space that allows dancing room.


QUESTION: IS THERE A BOUNCE HOUSE AVAILBLE FOR KIDS?
ANSWER: NO, we should say at this time due to safety we cannot permit them.


QUESTION: DOES THE PARTY PLACE PROVIDE CATERING SERVICES?
ANSWER: Currently, the Party Place does not provide its own catering service. As we work on our own services, we do allow other catering companies to provide the food. There is a $35 charge when bringing in food from a caterer or yourself.


QUESTION: WHAT IS THE PARKING CAPACITY?
ANSWER: The Party Place has plenty of parking especially during the weekend.


QUESTION: CAN I BOOK A PRIVATE EVENT?
ANSWER: The Fairytale Party Place is uniquely designed for private parties. You will enjoy the entire place for your event and customize the experience to match your expectations. You can even choose to book the Party Place for a full day event.


QUESTION: IS THE PARTY PLACE ONLY FOR KIDS PARTIES?
ANSWER: No, it is not exclusively for children. The Party Place can host a wide variety of parties including baby showers, wedding showers, birthday parties for adults, graduations, church events, and other gatherings that work in a small venue.


QUESTION: ARE THERE COFFEE SERVICES AVAILABLE?
ANSWER: Yes, the Party Place offers regular and specialty coffee services for your guests. Let us keep it simple for you and take care of the details. Our regular coffee service is $3 per adult and our specialty coffee service is $5 per adult.


QUESTION: IS WATER PROVIDED FOR GUESTS?
ANSWER: The Party Place does not provide water for your guests. Please plan to provide water and drinks for your guests. We do offer an entire beverage package that can be customized for your event. We recognize that hauling lots of beverages from one place to another can be challenging so we can do that for you.


QUESTION: CAN I DECORATE BEFORE GUESTS ARRIVE?
ANSWER: In order to keep the Party Place working properly, we have to be strict with our time frames. You will receive a 5 hour block of time when you book with us. For an average event, this gives you 2 hours to set up, 2 hours for your party and 1 hour to clean up and clear out. Of course, you can choose to use this time differently but we do need to be strict with our in and out times. Also keep in mind that when decorating, please remember to bring the items you need to set up and be mindful of the materials you need to hang items on the walls.


QUESTION: ARE THERE DECORATING SERVICES AVAILABLE?
ANSWER: Currently, we have specific options available for decorating your space. We can provide balloon services to enhance the space. We have video options available for creating the right atmosphere for your event. We can provide table and chair covers in limited colors. The Fairytale Party Place can also provide snack and candy options to limit the work you need to do. Feel free to ask us any questions regarding other decorating options you may be interested in.


QUESTION: CAN I PURCHASE PARTY FAVORS FOR KIDS GUESTS?
ANSWER: Yes, we can provide party favor bags for your princess or superhero themed party. Be sure to request this in advance when booking your party. They may not be available on the day of your party if we don’t have advance notice.


QUESTION: IS THERE OUTDOOR SEATING AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS?
ANSWER: Currently, we do not have tables and chairs set up outside. Upon request, in the case that weather is nice, we can provide some outdoor seating options. We are working toward permanent outdoor seating which will be standard during the Spring, Summer and Fall seasons.


QUESTION: CAN I PURCHASE ADD-ONS ON THE DAY OF MY PARTY?
ANSWER: We recommend you purchase additional services in advance so our team can plan accordingly. There may be some additional services that you can purchase on the day of your event but others require advance notice. Ask your party host the moment you arrive and they can assist you with what options are still available.


QUESTION: IS THERE A FULL DAY RATE AVAILABLE FOR THE PARTY PLACE?
ANSWER: Yes, the Fairytale Party Place can be rented for a full day. The full day rate is $1300 so you can spend as much time as you would like setting up your party. Speak to our sales team to learn more about our full day rental.


QUESTION: CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND AFTER BOOKING?
ANSWER: Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for bookings made. In some cases, we can move your deposit to a different date but that is not always possible based on the date and time you booked.


QUESTION: CAN I ADD ADDITIONAL TIME TO A BOOKING?
ANSWER: In some cases, it is possible to add an additional hour or more to a booking. Our two booking blocks are 9am-2pm and 4-9pm. The evening time block does offer more flexibility in adding additional time. However, please indicate your request to our sales team and they would be happy to discuss some options with you.


QUESTION: CAN I SET UP THE DAY BEFORE OR EARLY ON MY PARTY DAY?
ANSWER: Entering the day before to set up would be determined by what events are happening the day before. We would explore the options available on the week of your party but it would require adding additional time to your booking.


QUESTION: ARE CANDLES OR OTHER OPEN FLAMES ALLOWED?
ANSWER: We do allow birthday candles for your cake. Traditionally, we do not allow other candles but we can discuss the options you’re interested in during the booking process. In some cases, we can make exceptions if precautions are put in place.


QUESTION: HOW DO I SCHEDULE A SITE VISIT?
ANSWER: If you would like to preview the Party Place, you can schedule a time with our sales team. Typically, Wednesday’s are the day we set aside for this. We are also working on a virtual tour with our sales team to help expedite this option for you.


QUESTION: DO YOU ALLOW SMOKING?
ANSWER: The Party Place is a smoke free environment. However, our outdoor smoking area is quick and easy and guests are free to smoke outside in that designated area.


QUESTION: IS THE PARTY PLACE WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
ANSWER: Yes, there are no stairs and the bathroom is handicap accessible. There is handicap parking available just outside the front door.


QUESTION: AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OF THE CLEANING?
ANSWER: We ask our guests to thoroughly remove all their items from the space upon departure. We do ask that the space is left reasonably clean from debris and food mess.
