WHO WE ARE:
The Fairytale Fun Place Day Camp is designed for children who have completed Kindergarten through Third Grade (ages 5-9). Our "magical" camps are focused on creating experiences that kids do not want to miss. Nationally Distinguished Principal and Michigan Principal of the Year, Jeremey Whan has brought over 30 years of education experience to our Fairytale Entertainment Team to help us create programming that will engage your children for a summer of fun. Our summer staff will be directed by a Head Teacher and approximately 1-10 counselor to camper ratio. Our camp team will connect with your children relationally and they will approach each day with our mantra that the "magic begins with us."
WHAT YOUR KIDS WILL EXPERIENCE:
Campers will love our weekly themes (see below) that will enable them to interact with their favorite fairytale or superhero characters through stories, songs, dancing and memorable photo opportunities. Our daily prtogram will connect campers to literacy through immersive mini dramas. Children will collaborate in multi-age groups to perform these short fairytales to their fellow campers. Campers will also enjoy (STEM) Maker Centered learning opportunities where they will be challenged to design, build, create or maybe even cook. Plus, they will have a daily opportunity for inventive play in our "ginormous" indoor playground. Your children will be critically thinking and creatively solving challenges through their imagination. Our plans are endless, and we believe that your "kiddos" will enjoy our unique summer programs. You will be amazed at how much fun your campers will have at the Fairytale Fun Place. To help connect you to the fun and help build relationships with all of you, we will send out daily pictures and reminders to provide you with a window into our magical world. These pictures will cause joy and comfort in knowing that your children are enjoying their summer while attending camp at the Fairytale Fun Place.
