REQUIREMENTS:
Due to the size of our walking dinosaur, we do have some important requirements to consider when booking.- SPACE: The walking dinosaur party experience requires adequate space for the dinosaur to move and perform. The realistic dinosaur party character cannot move through standard doorways, up or down stairs, or walk excessive distances. Careful management of the costume and performer must be employed to ensure everyone’s safety. Outdoor spaces and event venues are often the best. This includes parks, large backyards, and most large venues that offer adjacent private prepping areas for our walking dinosaur character to get ready. A 20x20 performance space should be adequate for the party experience.
- PREPPING: The walking dinosaur party character does require a private space to get ready. A lot of work is done to accomplish this so having privacy is very important. This can be done in a garage, adjacent venue space with large doors, or private outdoor area. We must avoid rain, mud or people when prepping this costume. The space should be close to the performance area with a direct route that is safe and free of obstacles. Children should not be allowed to see our walking dinosaur character getting ready or following it out after the performance.
- SAFETY: The primary goal of our walking dinosaur party character is to provide a memorable experience for all the guests. However, safety is critical in doing that and we want to make sure children are behaved and have sufficient parental supervision when our realistic dinosaur character arrives to perform. Our dinosaur explorers will work to ensure that everyone is safe as they perform but it is important that parents also assist in making sure the walking dinosaur party experience is great for everyone.
