What is Operation Twirl?
Fairytale Entertainment is collecting 'nearly new' or 'new' princess dresses or super-hero costumes to hand out to less fortunate boys and girls in local hospitals, care facilities or homes facing difficult financial challenges. Because it's the season of giving, let us join our hearts together to give a twirl. This Christmas, you can help us give to precious needy children who are finding the joy of the season a little more difficult to find.
As a little girl, I remember twirling in taffeta that my mother made for me. Imagine the memory you can give away this Christmas to a sweet girl or boy who may not understand the difficulties they're facing in life. A simple gift can lift the spirits of these children and remind them of the spirit of love that still prevails in the world.
How Can I Help?
It's simple, take a few minutes and go thru the princess dresses or superhero costumes that are pilling up in your sons or daughters dress-up collections. Chances are, there are a few in wonderful condition that they have grown out of. As with many families, the 'after-Christmas-clean-out-your-room-to-make-way-for-new-gifts' chore would be a perfect time to choose a few dresses or costumes that your child no longer uses. Give your little prince or princess the opportunity to see the value in giving as you explain the true meaning of Christmas in this practical way. This is something they can do to make a difference. This year help Fairytale Entertainment dress up little boys or girls imagination with their very own Princess or Super-hero costume.
How do I Donate?
You can donate in two ways. First, you can give financially to our efforts via phone. You can simple call us and let us know you'd like to support our Operation Twirl and make your donation over the phone. We will use these funds strictly for the use of purchasing new or used dresses or costumes. Second, you can send your dresses or costumes in the mail to the address listed below. If you would like to get them in by our first Princess drop off event on December 22nd, please be quick about getting them to us. We look forward to being a blessing to boys and girls this Christmas.
